AVN Corpus India Pvt. Ltd. got registered with Delhi ROC in May 2016. AVN owns a brand named YUVA, which is
applied under class 25 in Intellectual Property. YUVA stands for Youth Unlimited Vision Applied. YUVA aims to dress its customer from head to toe. Feet (toe) being one of the essential parts of the body, YUVA began with footwear.

In footwear we at this point in time deal with the male segment and school shoes in the kids’ segment. YUVA presently does not have any manufacturing facilities, so we get our goods outsourced getting designs, patterns and raw materials from different skilled hand and machine-made markets across the region. 
We market the material in wholesale mode across states, appointing distributors. 

● We have been functioning across the following states: Bihar, UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh,
Maharashtra and Gujarat.
● We have catered institutional sales too where our goods have been catered to some companies in hospitality sector
such as Le Meridien and many other offices.
● Our sales amounted to 2.61 cr in the 201-6-17, wherein we had started our sales in the month of September 2016.
We have been targeting 2017-18 at somewhere around 2.5 to 3 cr. Out of which if we speak at present-day data,
we have achieved sales of 1 Cr till now. We have been bucking up and are confident on pitching to achieve the
balance as projected earlier.
● YUVA has got recognized as Startup by Government of India through Ministry of Commerce and Industry by
Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Certificate No.-DIPP4562. It has been put forth for availing tax
benefits in the upcoming inter-ministerial discussions.

● Apart from this YUVA also wishes to flag off its own marketplace, launching its e-commerce platform with
www.getyuva.com, wherein we wish to offer trendy and comfy goods with an added feature of self-customization.
Yuva E-commerce platform aims to have wider geographical reach among customers.
● The next aim is we have been targeting 8 to 10 flagship stores of YUVA all across A & B-Cities in different
operational states of India to gather the flavor of retail sales.
